The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and milk frother.

Bedrooms
The property has two fixed bedrooms: a double room with air conditioning and a double room with a bunk bed. Thanks to the spacious gabled roof, there is an additional sleeping area for two people in the attic. All 6 mattresses are 90x200 cm.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with all the comforts, including a shower cubicle, sink with drawers, and a toilet. The toilet also has a child’s seat.

Child-Friendly
Our youngest guests are also well catered for. The house is equipped with a high chair, baby crib, children’s cutlery, a toilet seat, indoor and outdoor toys, a trampoline, and various picture books.

Garden
On the terrace, you can enjoy Zeeland's nature in complete privacy. The outdoor space offers everything you need to fully relax, including a BBQ and a large lawn.

The property is located just outside the center of Heinkenszand. It is a good base to explore the various villages in Walcheren by car or bike.

The property is very child-friendly. It includes a baby crib (up to 3 years), a high chair, baby cutlery (cups, utensils, plates), and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After that, the full amount will be charged.

The property is located in a holiday park. Therefore, it is not allowed to hold parties or engage in activities that might cause disturbances. Please also be mindful of neighbors between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

We are Florian, Shanon, and our son Aiven.
Originally, we are from Zeeland, but we no longer live in the region.
Because we love Zeeland so much, we created a place that serves as the perfect base. We’ve made sure that you have everything you need to fully relax and unwind. We really enjoy turning our hospitality into a carefree stay, and we hope our guests enjoy Zeeland just as much as we do.
